Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Stands
What are your shipping policies/rates?
Shipping prices vary according to the weight of the items and the carrier/service you choose at checkout.
Orders over $99 ship free.
Most orders ship with either UPS or USPS. You must message me beforehand if you want to use a P.O. box. You may upgrade your shipping in your cart.
We ship internationally via USPS and UPS, see rates at checkout.
Care instructions
Wipe regularly with a damp cloth. Vet wrap does not absorb moisture. For more thorough cleaning, you can disassemble the stands, remove the vet wrap, and wash with soap and water or a mild bleach solution. Rinse and dry before re-assembling. Replace the vet wrap.
What is your return policy?
I want all my customers to be confident that the stands they buy from me are new and have not been used by any other birds. I do not accept returns. However, if your stand is in some way defective or was damaged during shipping, message me and I will make it right.
What kind of PVC do you use?
ALL PVC used is furniture-grade PVC. Manufactured in America, lead and heavy metal-free, impact-resistant and UV-resistant, with a glossy finish, it is the perfect material for playstands and bird toys.
The following perch-diameter sizes are available:
- Small (.82") - parakeets, parrotlets, lovebirds, cockatiels, conures, caiques, quakers, senegals, pionuses etc. My most popular size.
- Medium (1") - African Greys, Small Amazons, Small Cockatoos.
- Large (1.3") - Amazons, Cockatoos, Small Macaws
- Extra-Large (1.9") - Large Cockatoos and Macaws
What kind of other materials do you use?
All metal is bird-safe, with nearly all of it being stainless steel.
All plastic pieces are purchased from reputable bird-safe retailers.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 15% discount to anyone who has rescued a bird from a reputable rescue in the last year, with documentation. We also offer a large discount to reputable rescues. Message us for more details.
